• Centralized Showings:  Selling your home can be a stressful process.  Unannounced shownigs are a thing of the past when working with Urban Brokers.  Each of our listings is registered with Centralized Showings so that you will receive a courtesty call prior to showings for your home.  You can receive email alerts and log online to view scheduled showings and feedback from agents after showings.  Your username is your last name and your password is the last four digits of your phone number.

• Maid to Clean:  A local Business Partner, Maid to Clean is available to assist our buyers and sellers.  Urban Brokers will have your home cleaned as part of our Elite Services Listing Agreement.  Sellers can chose to have their home professionally cleaned before going on the market or after the move-out.  Buyers clients can elect to have their new home cleaned before or after moving in.
